CARE

To reduce the risk of scratches on the jewelry or tangles on the chains of bracelets and necklaces, make sure that the necklaces, bracelets and earrings are securely hooked, and that the rings perfectly fit on you so they don't slip along your finger and fall off. We also recommend that you avoid wearing your jewelry while doing particular activities that could ruin or scratch it. Always keep it in its original box, preferably away from the sun and heat sources. Watch out for perfumes, makeup, body lotions, and sunscreens that may mist and dull them.

Unlike other metals, gold does not blacken over time, however, like any other object, it can accumulate residues, so it is important to proceed with a cleaning from time to time to restore the original shine of the jewel.

 

If you want to clean your jewelry, use a very soft cloth soaked only in warm water. Alternatively, you can use a soft toothbrush (brush gently and pay attention to the bristles: if they are too stiff they can scratch the surfaces!) and warm water with a little mild soap. Then take care to dab them with a dry cloth that leaves no residue and leave them further in the air for a few hours so that they are completely dry before wearing them again or placing them in their box.

Do not use jewelry polishes or abrasive cleaners as they contain harsh chemical ingredients and over time, they may irreversibly damage your jewelry. We also advise against the use of cloths that have previously been treated with detergents or other substances.
